Criteria for Assessment of Valuation of Land and Building

1. The land and building must have a motor access road.
2. Valid and approved building plan from City Corporation, Municipal Corporation, RAJUK, KDA, CDA, National Housing Authorities, Ministry of Works, Cantoment  Board, Union Parishad (as applicable) is required.
3. The construction of building should match with the original plan.
4. The number of floor (s) should not exceed from that indicated in the approved drawings.
5. The SURVEYORS shouled follow the rules and regulation set by  City Corporation, Municipal Corporation, RAJUK, KDA, CDA, National Housing Authorities, Ministry of Works, Cantoment  Board, Union Parishad (as applicable).
